THE JDLH FARM

The sun rises over the John de la Howe campus

The South Carolina Governor's School for Agriculture at John de la Howe is a working farm with a wide variety of agricultural operations unfolding simultaneously seven days a week, 365 days a year.

Across the 1,310 acres of the John de la Howe campus, farm staff and students work together to maintain pasture land and forests and to care for an array of livestock, including cattle, goats, swine and poultry. In addition, the John de la Howe Farm operations include our Equine Center and Apiculture program.
