As nearly 400 cyclists from across the Southeast gathered on the Governor's School for Agriculture campus for the opening event of the 2025 Southeast Gravel Cycling Series, two of our Aggies -- Corey Davis and Nate Maccalous -- made a last-minute decision to join the field for the 14-mile fun ride. They were invited by Boyd Johnson, founder of Southeast Gravel and custom wheel manufacturer Boyd Cycling, to serve as honorary lead riders to start the fun ride. Our Aggies made quite the impression and were congratulated by Dr. Christy "Rocket" Keely, former professional cyclist and namesake of Rocket Revolution, one of cycling's premier performance coaching enterprises.
